Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and get your full purchase amount refunded.
Refunds cannot be issued if your package has shipped and is in transit. If you purchased any item by mistake or have a change of mind, then please wait for the package to reach you and then request the refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unassembled with tags, with instruction manuals and in their original packaging. You’ll also need to attach the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@radekus.com stating the reason for return. You may be requested to provide pictures of the product and the package that you received. If your return is accepted we will notify you within 24 hours of receiving your refund request and let you know the return address to send your product for refund. You can either ship the product on your own or we can send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If we send you the shipping label, we may deduct a reasonable shipping fee from your refund amount.
Items sent back to us without first requesting and getting approved for a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You may be asked to send us pictures of the package and product that you received for faster processing.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like if you request a special customization to one of our listed products and we then deliver the customized product to you. Used and worn products cannot be returned. Items priced over $500 and those that require assembly can only be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products that have been used or assembled cannot be returned. Note that we have a product support team on staff and stock all parts - if you need assistance, just let us know. In some instances we may send you a part, replacement item, refund or exchange - at the discretion of our support team. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item and then return the original item. Once the return is accepted, we will refund your first purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take few business days for the refunded amount to be credited to your account by your bank or credit card company.
