Shipping policy

Shipping is processed within 1 day of receiving the order. Delivery time to customers vary by products.

Estimated delivery time is included with each of the products description. We provide ability to track the products as soon as it is shipped from the fulfillment center.

We strive for 3-10 days of delivery time for most of our items. For some items delivery times can range from 1 - 4 weeks.

We provide tracking number on all packages. We take full responsibility for lost or missing packages.

Please note that since we source and curate products from around the globe, shipping times are dependent on the location from which the products are shipped.

We are dependent on shipping companies and their committed delivery time. Delays caused with shipping companies or postal services are beyond our control. Sometimes the shipping companies or postal services are affected by unforeseen circumstances such as pandemic, civil disturbances, strikes, natural disaster, bad weather etc. that are even beyond their control and may cause delays in delivery. 

We do follow up on your behalf with shipping companies and postal services to expedite your package shipment.
